As far as possible, you want to automatically process orders so that the individual subprocesses run optimally and, at the same time, the entire process is monitored. The PSItms Order Management takes care of this. Immediately after being performed, each service can immediately be billed and, if required, this can be done in real-time via mobile communication. The documentation from the procedures can also be sent without interruption across the multi-channel networks. Order management represents the starting point in the process chain in PSItms.
