Artificial intelligence directly in the WMS — Warehouse Intelligence makes this a reality for the first time. In a pilot project at LPP, the AI platform increased the efficiency of the picking process by more than 20 per cent. For the first time, PSI Logistics is bringing Warehouse Intelligence to life for a wider audience of experts with a live simulation. Another highlight: an automated, fully configurable test procedure for PSIwms that requires no programming knowledge. With these innovations, the PSI booth will be the showplace for the warehouse management of tomorrow.
In addition, we will present new functions and improvements from the areas of Supply Chain Network Design, Transport Management as well as ERP and MES. Be curious! Make an appointment with us now.
Warehouse Intelligence" is a platform based on artificial intelligence that analyzes and optimizes WMS-supported logistics processes. Thousands of warehouse operation scenarios are analyzed every hour via a digital twin and recommendations for improvement are made. A new feature is that the platform is directly connected to PSIwms via an interface. This means that changes in the physical warehouse are automatically transferred to the digital twin in real time and taken into account.
Automatic testing" function ensures that all relevant processes continue to function permanently and with consistent quality after changes to the warehouse or software. Based on a test database, the program regularly simulates all predefined test cases automatically and identifies any need for action. In PSIwms, for example, hundreds of deliveries with different control parameters can be virtually received, transferred, picked and dispatched within a few minutes - without manual intervention by the user.

Title: “Warehouse Intelligence — how an AI-supported tool optimizes processes at fashion company LPP”
Topic: Warehouse Intelligence is already in use at LPP, Poland's leading fashion group. In the pilot project at the distribution center in Pruszcz Gdański, the efficiency of the picking process was increased by more than 20 percent thanks to artificial intelligence. The background to the project is an exorbitant increase in e-commerce order volumes, which necessitated more efficient logistics processes at LPP. The Polish company found the ideal solution in the AI platform of its long-standing WMS partner PSI. Find out more in the presentation. We look forward to your participation.
Date/Location: Wednesday, 20 March at 16:30 in Forum South in Hall 8
