Apart from production planning, the storage of raw materials, partially finished and finished goods for an optimized production line or machine supply and waste disposal is an important area. This requires precise logistics of materials, from an optimized planning of deliveries considering the transport volume to a flexible handling of bottlenecks and the related access to recent goods receipt. The use of PSI Logistics Suite provides you with the necessary transparency and safety you need for smooth production logistics.
All operations can consistently be presented in the PSI Logistics systems, i.e. due to the use of state-of-the-art technologies as well as the control station with cockpit function to a complete master display with integration of existing systems, interactive interventions and thus an optimal control of all bottlenecks is always possible.
As a complement to the production environment, a spare parts management is possible and will be controlled via PSIwms. Apart from the complete management of the central and regional warehouse to mobile warehouses on assembly and repair vehicles by using the mobile online terminals with GPS function, the entire material flow is optimized and controlled in PSIwms. The acceptance of repairs and the management of alternative articles should be mentioned here.
