Berlin, 26 November 2019 – The PSI Logistics GmbH has been ranked as the “TOP SME Employer” for the second straight year by the business magazine Focus Business in their latest rating.

Based on data sets and employer assessments by the evaluation portal Kununu, PSI Logistics was awarded "TOP SME Employer 2020" by Focus Business with an above-average overall rating of 4.02 on the assessment scale of up to 5 points. This makes the software developer one of the best employers in the industry from the point of view of employees and applicants for the second year in a row.

When evaluating individual aspects, employees and trainees at the three sites in Aschaffenburg, Berlin and Dortmund particularly emphasise the working atmosphere, interesting tasks, career opportunities and flexible working hours with independent work involving a high degree of personal responsibility.

"The high ranking in the current rating once again confirms the important weighting of the working climate and conditions for the development of extraordinary products,"

says Dr. Giovanni Prestifilippo, Managing Director of PSI Logistics.

"The renewed positioning of PSI Logistics among the TOP employers of medium-sized companies reflects the stability of these beneficial structures in the company. The high ratings by our trainees of 4.56 points on the scale also represent a strong positive signal for the new generation."

Companies with at least eleven and no more than 500 employees were taken into account for the ranking. The final placement in the Focus score is determined by a score consisting of the average rating, the number of ratings on Kununu and the number of employees.

On the basis of its own software products, the PSI Group develops and integrates complete solutions for optimizing the flow of energy and material at suppliers (energy networks, energy trading, public passenger transport) and industry (raw material extraction, metal production, automotive, mechanical engineering, logistics). PSI was founded in 1969 and employs almost 2,000 persons worldwide.
