Berlin, 8 May 2002 - PSI AG is extending its Executive Board with Dr. Harald Schrimpf (37), who has been appointed to the PSI AG Management Board effective 1 August 2002. The experienced electronics engineer will put the know how he has gained in positions of responsibility in the field of software to use so as to further solidify and expand PSI´s strong position in the German and international software market.
Dr. Schrimpf was previously the Head of the Center for Software Development at the Volkswagen subsidiary gedas. Prior to that he was main department head at DaimlerChrysler and EADS for major IT projects. With the expansion of the Management Board PSI is also initiating the change of generations at the top management level.
