• Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Software to manage, control and optimize your intralogistics

As a WMS provider with decades of experience, we offer you PSIwms, a flexible and proven warehouse management system. It enables you to design your warehouse and logistics processes transparently and efficiently. Even in the standard version, our warehouse management system (WMS) supports all relevant warehouse forms, types and technologies.

Use in a production-related warehouse is just as possible as in a dispatch warehouse or distribution center. The WMS is equally suitable for small to large and complex warehouses. This means with PSIwms you get an intelligent warehouse management system (WMS).

Customer-oriented WMS

Customer-driven development is our focus. We work closely with leading partners from industry and science to offer you a state-of-the-art WMS. This results in continuous product releases, which usually provide you with enhanced WMS functions.

Many needs — one PSIwms — three editions

A WMS should be tailored to the strategic orientation of your company — and adapt to it in the best possible way, independent of a colourful mix of industries or internationalisation plans. For this purpose, PSIwms is now available in the editions GO, FLEX and PRO. Customer-orientated, highly flexible and user-friendly for maximum performance. The following overview explains which one is right for you:

PSIwms GO — download conveniently from the App Store and get started quickly

The GO edition is the standard version with more than 30 preconfigured and visualised processes. Currently, available in a version for omnichannel, the focus in this edition is on standardisation. There are no configuration and customising possible. Equipped with the most important function modules of VDI 3601 for WMS, a wide variety of topologies and goods flows can be mapped. From basic modules, such as the recording of returns and serial numbers, through to specific parts list management, PSIwms in the GO version maps all the basic processes for successful warehouse management. In addition, an integrated dispatch system supports dispatch processing.

PSIwms GO can be downloaded and used in the PSI App Store exclusively as a SaaS version. PSIwms is integrated into the existing IT infrastructure in maximum four weeks. You will get support by one or two PSI consultants during the introduction of the GO edition. A collaboration platform supports the user with e-learning.

PSIwms FLEX — the solution with customised add-ons s

In addition to all the functions and preconfigured processes of the GO edition, the FLEX version of PSIwms also offers the option of mapping company-specific requirements through configuration and adding further add-on modules. For example, the FLEX version can be used to control closed systems such as an Autostore. Kanban and many other industrial processes customization makes it possible.

Depending on the customization requirements, PSIwms FLEX is ready to go after one and a half to six months. During project implementation, the PSI consultants have access to a pool of developers for individual customising for the customer project.

PSIwms PRO — customized down to the last detail

The PRO edition of PSIwms is the most comprehensive and powerful version. This version offers a customized and fully individualised WMS, e.g. for warehouses with a high degree of automation, individual conveyor technology, pick-by-systems and individual picking dialogues. As a customised solution, PRO has a longer project runtime than GO and FLEX. However, here too, the system with peripherals and interfaces can generally be used productively after just eight weeks. In a PRO edition project, a dedicated project team is available to you to define new processes and requirements that are necessary for implementation.

However different and individual the customer's needs may be — PSI will find the right solutions for you!

User-friendly warehouse management system (WMS)

More freedom and flexibility in designing your WMS interface

PSIwms is freely configurable, scalable and responsive. The integrated PSI click design allows you to easily customize the user interface in the WMS to your needs. Menus, lists, tables or complex dialogs can be moved by drag & drop.

Several individual dialogs can be linked to a new screen in a process-oriented manner. All the information you need is directly displayed in this single screen. You can navigate through the data with a click. All these options are available to you immediately and directly in the warehouse management system.

WMS standard interfaces – used up to 100 times

Our warehouse management system (WMS) complies with the VDI 3601 guideline. The guideline describes the task and performance areas of an IT system for warehouse management.

Best Practice: Improve Performance With Single-Source Warehouse IT

Sensor technology manufacturer elobau was able to increase its warehouse performance by up to 20 percent. This was made possible by the use of a forward-looking software solution. When all systems come from a single source, interfaces are reduced and warehouse performance increases. But how do you choose the right warehouse IT? In this best-practice example, we explain the advantages of an integrated IT infrastructure and use the example of elobau to show why the introduction of a comprehensive system solution is worthwhile.
